I had a comfortable and quiet stay at Hotel K Town for three nights, though I did notice the room and bathroom were quite small. The location was decent for accessing central LA, despite the walking environment not being great. I appreciated the free parking, but the wifi connection was quite poor, which was a bit of a hassle.

Rooms
7.1
The room was cozy and very clean, but the bathroom was extremely compact, making it difficult to move around. I also found the overhead lighting to be a bit harsh without bedside lamps to soften the atmosphere.
Service
8.8
Check-in and checkout were really easy. The owner was friendly, and I appreciated the daily towel service, but I felt a bit uneasy with the $100 deposit requirement considering the room was already paid for.
Location
7.9
The hotel is located fairly close to the Staples Center and downtown, which was convenient for my plans, even though the area wasn’t ideal for walking.
Dining
7.1
I was disappointed that there were no breakfast options or coffee facilities in the hotel, and the communal fridge wasn’t much help.
Facilities
7.1
The hotel offers free parking, which is a plus, but the overall facilities were minimal with no microwave or television in the room.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel K Town. the rooms were spotless and quite serene for such a bustling area. However, the compactness of the room left a bit to be desired, particularly regarding space and amenities. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and I appreciated the ample parking space.

Rooms
7.5
The room was very small and spartan, with nowhere to sit other than the bed. The lack of bedside lamps and a functional A/C were disappointing. However, everything was impeccably clean, and the hot/cold water ran fine.
Service
7.0
The staff was mostly helpful, but some communication barriers made interactions a bit awkward. The manager's expectation for guests to remove shoes was not clearly communicated, and there was a strict vibe that felt a bit off.
Location
8.0
Conveniently located in Korea Town, I found it easy to access local restaurants and the metro. Free parking was a significant advantage for me, especially while navigating the busy streets of Los Angeles.
Dining
7.5
Although the hotel didn’t provide breakfast options, I enjoyed eating my take-out on the charming porch. It was great to have an outdoor dining space to unwind.
Facilities

Very basic amenities. the lack of a dining area or coffee in the lobby was a drawback. Still, the clean, quiet space and easy access to parking were highlights.

My stay at Hotel K Town was overall quite pleasant, though I ran into a few hiccups at check-in. The place was super clean and cozy, with a nice vibe, but the entry process could definitely use some smoothening out.

Rooms
7.5
I had a single room with a private bathroom that was perfect for me. It was small but cozy, and the furnishings looked pretty new.
Service
7.5
The staff was helpful when I needed assistance, but the check-in lacked consistency since it's not 24 hours. Make sure you let them know when you're arriving!
Location

The location was a definite highlight! It's on a quiet street close to lots of Korean restaurants and shops, plus just a short walk from the metro.
Dining

I didn’t eat at the hotel, but being in Korea Town, there were so many great Korean spots nearby, I didn’t have to worry about food.
Facilities

The amenities were pretty basic, but everything was clean. Just a heads up—you have to take off your shoes before entering, which adds a unique charm.

I stayed at Hotel K Town for four nights, and overall, I found it to be a decent deal for the price. The location in Korea Town was quite convenient for my needs, especially with plentiful, free parking available. However, I did face a few drawbacks like the aged bed linens and the absence of a TV or breakfast options.

Rooms
7.3
The room was clean and sufficient, but the bed linens were quite old, even having a hole in one spot. It was relatively small, which may not suit everyone.
Service
8.0
Check-in was quick and convenient, with a friendly owner who was helpful during my stay. I did have some issues reaching them initially, which could be tricky. Make sure to communicate your arrival plans ahead of time.
Location
8.5
The location near the Staples Center and in Korea Town made it easy to explore many great restaurants and tourist sites. I appreciated being within walking distance from the metro.
Dining
6.0
There were no breakfast, coffee, or tea options in the hotel, which was disappointing. I did enjoy some sliced tropical fruits, but it would have been nice to have more dining options.
Facilities
6.5
I enjoyed the no shoes policy, which helped keep everything cleaner, but the absence of amenities like a microwave or coffee maker was noticeable, and the bathroom was quite tiny.

I had a mainly positive experience at Hotel K Town, as the room was really clean and comfortable. However, I encountered a few issues with the management’s communication and some unexpected fees like the $100 deposit that wasn't refunded right away, which was inconvenient during my stay.

Rooms
9.2
The room was cozy with a good amount of space, though I shared a bathroom. Still, it was always clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the nightly linen replacements too.
Service
7.9
While my overall experience was good, the manager's demeanor felt a bit strict, and I didn't receive clear information upon checking in, especially regarding the deposit and the shoe policy.
Location

The hotel is in Korea Town, which is fantastic for food options—especially if you love Korean cuisine—and it's also close to the metro, making it easy to explore downtown.
Dining

There are plenty of food spots nearby, including 24-hour options, which was super convenient for late-night cravings.
